Josie's Pumpkin

Josie went to the pumpkin patch for a friends birthday this year. They all had a great time. It made for a perfect photo op.

Josie was able to design her own pumpkin face this year. She had a great time and she knew exactly how she wanted it done. Josie drew the face, pulled out the guts, separated the seeds and she even helped bake the pumpkin seeds. She was very proud and showed it off to Nonnie and Nonai.

Josies 4th Halloween

Josie is still exhausted from trick-or-treating last night. She just woke up from a 3 hour nap. (She never really takes naps anymore). She had two costumes this year. I was very adventurous and made her first costume. She was a pink pirate for the most part of the holiday. It was really cute, but the toile skirt did not make it past 4 different costume parties plus playtime. This is a picture of Josie and her best friend at Boo at the Zoo.

When Halloween finally arrived I had to rush to the Disney Store for a new costume. She told me to surprise her. I wanted to get a Minnie Mouse costume, but they were out of Minnie ears so my little princess became Cinderella. She had some awesome light up shoes which she is still wearing. Wicket was a pirate (he did not keep is hat on very long). All in all it was a great time. She got some good candy and she wants to know when she can trick-or-treat again. We are now starting to focus on the next big holiday, CHRISTMAS.
